FX-Bleed Blocker Roof Seal

FlexRock FX-BLEED / Bond It asphalt bleed blocker is a one-part, high-solids, solvent-free primer designed to quickly form a monolithic barrier when prepping asphalt and bitumen surfaces for a Bond It Roof Seal system.

The high-solids acrylic polymer formulation efficiently blocks the staining of asphaltic surfaces. Once cured, the solution is breathable and flexible while providing excellent adhesion to asphaltic surfaces.

Its light-blue hue is ideal for uniform coverage even under bright daylight.
