Uses: Based on hybrid technology, this can be applied to wet surfaces and is non-shrinking, making it ideal as a gap filler where cracks, apertures, fissures or joints exist in the roof. It can be used prior to membrane application to repair any cracks, edges, details, and other openings or gaps in the substrate to provide a more even base surface. Offers superb adhesion to most common roofing materials. Alternatively, it can also be used after Seal It Liquid membrane has been applied to secure edgings and seals to create a self-terminating flashing or provide extra protection around roof elements such as chimneys, air vents, HVAC plumbing, etc.
